Terms & Conditions
The rules for using GoLevelBeyond, managing your workspace and subscribing to the service.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of GoLevelBeyond. Paid checkout is not currently available. The subscription provisions below apply when a subscription is offered and accepted through checkout; creating an account alone does not authorize a charge.
1. Who we are
GoLevelBeyond is a shared CRM for business teams, providing company and contact records, opportunities, tasks and collaboration tools. The service operator is Valentin Cvetanovski, trading as GoLevelBeyond, Dimce Antuleski no 66, 7500 Prilep, Republic of North Macedonia. Contact: support@golevelbeyond.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
3. Accounts and workspace responsibility
Provide accurate information, verify your email, protect your password and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Each person must use their own account. The workspace owner controls invitations, permissions and subscription decisions. You are responsible for authorized activity in your workspace and for having a lawful basis to collect, upload and share its records.
Workspace names and team-size estimates do not create a paid subscription. Account creation, email verification, workspace setup and payment are separate steps.
4. Pricing and team size
The base subscription is €20 per month for one workspace, including the owner and one additional user, who may be an admin or member. The base price also applies to solo use. Each user beyond the included two costs €7 per month. For example, five users cost €41 per month before taxes.
Prices are in EUR, excluding applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise. The checkout total, billing interval and next charge must be shown before you authorize payment. Team-size changes take effect only through the subscription controls, with any immediate charge or credit shown before confirmation; editing an estimate alone does not change billing.
5. Card-required trial and renewal
The trial lasts seven days and requires a valid payment card. It starts when checkout confirms the trial subscription, not when you register or verify your email. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the first payment becomes due at the end of the trial and the subscription renews monthly until canceled. Checkout will show the trial end date and recurring price.
Trial eligibility may be restricted to prevent repeated or fraudulent use. If a payment fails, we may notify you and restrict paid access until payment is resolved. We will not describe an unconfirmed subscription as paid or active.
6. Payment provider, cancellation and refunds
Paddle is the intended Merchant of Record and reseller for subscriptions. When Paddle checkout is enabled, purchases will also be governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and the terms shown at checkout. No live Paddle checkout is connected at present.
You can cancel renewal before the next charge. Cancellation during a paid period normally leaves access available until that period ends. Our policy provides a full refund on request within 14 calendar days of the first payment, subject to the fraud and abuse provisions and mandatory rights described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Permitted use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging or unauthorized collection of personal information. Do not bypass access controls, share paid accounts, disrupt the service, test its security without permission or upload content you lack rights to use. Do not upload sensitive personal information unless its processing is lawful and appropriate safeguards have been agreed.
8. Your records and our software
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to deliver, secure and support the service, follow your authorized instructions and meet legal obligations. We do not acquire ownership of your customer records.
GoLevelBeyond software, branding and other service materials remain the property of their respective owners. Your subscription permits authorized use of the service; it does not transfer ownership or grant a right to resell it.
9. Integrations and availability
Optional integrations require your authorization and are subject to the connected provider's terms. Third-party changes or outages can affect their availability. Disconnecting a connection does not necessarily delete information already imported.
We may maintain or update the service and temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular sales outcome or compatibility with every third-party product. We will communicate material changes affecting an active subscription where reasonably practicable.
10. Suspension, termination and deletion
We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, non-payment, security threats or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve it; urgent security or legal action may require immediate restriction. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
Export records you need before deleting a workspace. Deliberate workspace deletion removes its active records and is not covered by a subscription recovery window. Account deletion may require transferring or deleting shared workspaces you own. Deleting an account is not a substitute for canceling a subscription. Retention is explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected workspace in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit. You remain responsible for lawful use, workspace permissions and maintaining suitable copies of critical business records.
12. Changes, disputes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before taking effect, except where urgent legal or security changes are necessary. Price changes will be notified before the affected renewal, with an opportunity to cancel.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights that apply in your country. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer or data-protection rights. Questions: support@golevelbeyond.com.
